Donna is amazing! She’s extremely helpful, patient, and so funny — she really made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. UPDATE: I initially left a glowing review right there in the office while checking in, before I had actually seen my unit. After getting the keys and going to my assigned space, I realized that the lighting situation was very different from what I had expected. I had an amazing experience with Donna! I walked in last minute, just minutes before closing, feeling frazzled as I needed storage ASAP.
