Total scam !!!! Expect to get a big rent increase about 3 months after you move in. You don’t believe me ? Find out for yourself. Units size 10x20 for $262/mo jumped to $353/mo within only 3 months. I rented 7 total units in two of their locations. (2500 Santa Rita , and 3716 Stanley) After I realized they scammed me , I moved out of 5 units already. Two more to go. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t fall for this scam. Also , there are a lot of fake 5 star reviews here.
