So the stay with public storage was fine... actually had a great experience setting up the unit... no issues throughout minus the huge jump of $49 per month a couple months back (we were not on a promotion, so we were baffled by the huge price difference). That was fine, we paid it... my husband and I got a rental home and closed out our unit on 12/7, after making a payment on the 1st like we were supposed to... little did we know, we would not receive a refund for the remainder of the month!
