Not sure who's running the facility its the 3rd party call center or the people living there , my rent has increased twice in 1 year so am guessing their short term storage am pulling out out before the next increase am allready hurt by their actions it was ideal location but its turning dark to a selfless storage facility very disappointed 😞 I will put this on yelp if your looking for long term this is not it for sure thank you .

I had a unit for over a year and during that year, every time I called with a question, Christina in the office was alway helpful and informative. She kept me current on my account and when I transferred units, she was able to make that transfer quick and easy. Christina is the reason my experience with Public Storage was a success.
Cristina was really helpful in making our transition in getting a rental unit space pleasant. She was very professional, helpful, and caring to point that she showed that the customer matters! Proud to know my property here is safe and secure and the employees make the customers matter. Thank you again Cristina!
