I have been using this location since 2011 with 2 units the entire time costing roughly $1,000 a month which equates to an expenditure of almost $90,000 and never missed a single payment.I am appalled at the way this was handled and hope this review wakes you up on how you “take care” of your customers. I paid for my storage 6 days ago and I went to get some important things out of my storage and could not get in because there was a blue tag and red lock still on my unit and I went out to tell the manager and they had already left. I know that they took the suspension off when i went in to the office to tell I could not get in the gate, however the manager pretended that we were doing it all wrong. I feel they released the suspension the minute I went into the office. I had a couple staff members came to get stuff and told ... read more
