Felicia Carter and eda don't have the greatest customer service. I had a terrible experience here, I was met with hostile tones. I asked eda about the rent increases that public storage does and she just rolled her eyes and I was told she is the district manager. I don't think any district manager should be acting the way she does. As a district manager I expect a more professional experience. I will never rent with public storage ever again.
