I’ve had a great experience with Public Storage on Broadband Drive in Frederick. The facility is well maintained and conveniently located, and the staff have consistently been very friendly, professional, and most helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. First time using storage units here. I’m moving out of state and needs some guidance. Shamair, was not only extremely helpful with the set up and getting the unit that I need for the amount of belongings I have. She also explained how to operate the touch pads and doors systems to allow for an easier more efficient loading and unloading experience.
