My rent has increased over 100% in less than 2 years. There's a unit same size online for less than half of what I'm paying.Same location. The beginning price is even less than that. This is a scam to people who are suffering because of Repairs having to be done to their home. I have paid on time, asked for my price to be lowered to their asking price. The answer is a no.
