I can't get a single human on the phone during business hours. We moved out of our unit and the woman at the front desk stated her system was updating and she can't "vacate" us until it's done but said it would happen that day and we had to do nothing. She said we'd get an email stating it was finished and we did not. Now we're still being told we owe for June. No one will call back. I've been hung up on several times.
