Wow! Where to begin? They advertise one price for their units, but tack on $11.00 monthly for insurance which they require. Perhaps this is standard, but why not just advertise the full monthly price? Seems fishy. Then I was told they accept auto pay, which is great because all of my bills are set up that way. I can't say for sure if it was a problem with their online system or my bank account but the Auto Pay did not go through and I ended up being late. They tacked on a $25.00 late fee.
