Ive actually had this storage for a long time. Never had a complaint until now. I was looking into getting a larger storage because im moving. Well since its February 1st which starts a new month they said I would have to pay full price for another unit and would not be reimbursed for the old unit. I asked if they could just pro rate it since im staying with them and have been a customer for over a year. They said no. So I have to look for a new location because im not gonna pay double this month it doesn't make sense to me.... read more
