Move out process is terrible. I followed their timeline of notifying site manager 2 weeks before I emptied the storage, removed my lock and swept it. I submitted the formal move out notice for 7/26/26, well before end of the month. Site manager left a message on 7/30 about removing my lock, so they had obviously not even acted on it, so left ANOTHER message for them. Easy
Don't use this location. No one is ever here. They won't help you over the phone even though they are never in the office to do anything in person. They will also jack your rates up right after you move in.
Unable to access storage unit because it still has a Public Storage lock on it. No one is there to unlock it, no one answers the support number on the app, and the kiosk call button doesn't do anything.
The property was nice and clean and easy application process. Employees are friendly and courteous.
