I have been a customer for several years. While the company is willing to address maintenance issues with their property, they do not take responsibility for damage to a tenant's property. A key concern is the entrance gate, which lacks proper safety sensors. The gate closed on my truck, causing significant damage to the side panel. Very nice
I went inside and started the process of renting a storage space through the kiosk and was assisted by someone remotely (nice person). I chose the space I needed and it was 70 dollars a month which was perfect. Went through scanning my ID and filling out all my information. Then you are prompted to enroll in an insurance policy for an extra $20 a month. I didn’t need insurance and tried to decline it, but I was informed by the representative that you cannot decline it so I just cancelled everything and left.

Had no problems with renting my unit. It was clean when we moved in which people warned us about but we had no issues. 10/10 customer service
