My first experience has been awful after a month of my stuff being there i got hit with a lien fee told they selling my stuff and just pay the bill.customer service was rude and unwilling to assist me with my questions or concerns. Nothing was resolved please dont ask me to refer anyone cause that a hard no.
Stopped by at 11 on a Tuesday and it was locked up tight. No one was there. I just needed boxes and tape; and planned to ask about pricing for a unit. Looked clean though. I will update if I go back.
