C'mon. If I have to wait 5 minutes to chat with someone, you can give me a minute or two to respond. This was not a one-off thing, by the way.
What started as an affordable rate nearly doubled in just a few months. Rent was raised almost every 30 days with no certified letters or proper notice, and extra fees were added without explanation. Don’t be fooled by their courtesy when you move in—it disappears once they have your property. Such a disappointment, because I’ve used them in the past and never had this kind of experience. Complaints go unanswered, and the entire process feels predatory. Be cautious—what you sign for is not what you end up paying.
Instead of returning my call on Friday to come in and settle my account in cash, as I mentioned I had no debit card atm… you sold all my belongings. I received a bill $100 greater than my balance. I had the money and tried to pay you and you sold my daughter’s stuff. You might as well try to collect the “balance due” from Mickey Mouse cause you’ll never get a penny from me.
