If I could give them 0 stars I would. The monthly rate went up every 4-6 months until it was 5-6 times the initial rate. I am moving out of state. They botched my move out. For reasons unknown they padlocked me out of my unit and me and my movers were unable to access the unit. There was no property manager on-site and they did not return my numerous calls while me and my movers waited for over an hour. I never missed a payment and was never late for 5 years and 7 months. Mr. Josh (Associate) was really helpful to get me the account setup and showed me the procedure to get into my storage area.
I have had to go to this location a few times the lady Debra I believe is her name is always so nice . Thank you
