Professional, friendly, supportive manager. This is the beginning so time will tell. However, I have a good feeling that we will work well together. Property is well lit and secure. Inside is clean.
It is their business model to raise your rent on a regular basis forever until you move out. You may start at $100 a month but within a year or two you’ll be at three or $400 a month. They do this to everybody. They hope you move in at a certain price and realize how inconvenient it is to move out and automatically increase everybody’s rent on a basis you would never agree on had you known ahead of time it is very underhanded and deceitful and they do it inashamedly
My first experience has been awful after a month of my stuff being there i got hit with a lien fee told they selling my stuff and just pay the bill.customer service was rude and unwilling to assist me with my questions or concerns. Nothing was resolved please dont ask me to refer anyone cause that a hard no.
