MAKE SURE AND MEASURE THE UNIT BEFORE RENTING THE SIZES LISTED ONLINE ARE APPROXIMATIONS. I RENTED A 10X15 AND IT IS ACTUALLY A 10X13.5. I was billed for an entire month even though I only had the unit for one day and never moved anything in before cancelling. Call and speak with Ms. Patti. Ms. Patti did try to get with the district manager for a refund but no luck.
I dealt with Jeannie and she definitely gave the best customer service. She is on top of her game and highly recommend public Storage it is clean and Jeannie cares about her customers.
