It was great to have someone on site today thank you!!!! Chris was most helpful and knowledgeable and made our transition to another unit easy. I wish rates would be guaranteed for a given amount of time for planning purposes...at least 6 months after a move or sign up. Not knowing when a rate hike is coming is frustrating and the hikes are shocking!
