Chris was very helpful getting me set up. Move in was a breeze. The facility is cool and clean. Very happy to have my items there!
The new district manager, Jeremy, called me personally to handle my concerns about the elevator, and customer service issues. Looks like Public Storage is improving.
There is NEVER ANYONE in the office, and they NEVER answer their phone posted on the door. Might as well not even post it to save customers time. I had an emergency where I was locked in and my exit code would not work because their machine was faulty. I called the corporate number for help and no one answered. I had to jump on the fence and re-open the entrance door and back out! Uncalled for!!
