Absolutely unacceptable. On a long holiday weekend, when people are obviously moving things in and out of storage, the elevators servicing the upper floors is broken with apparently zero urgency to fix it. We were told, “The company we use doesn’t come out on weekends.” Okay… then call another company? Find an emergency repair service? Do literally anything? Instead, all of our heavy furniture and boxes are stuck on the top floor, our entire moving weekend has been ruined, and management has offered absolutely no solution. A... read more
