Horrible! Elevators don’t work. All the stairways are closed. Nobody here to help. Call led the line and they take forever to help. O heard them laughing. Don’t waste your money here. Go elsewhere.
Elevator are always broken. Means you can’t get your stuff when you need it. Don’t even try to rent anything here. Place is also very dirty and no parking for costumers since there is doctors offices that take all the parking spots. Stay away
This place is run by ghosts apparently. The elevators have been out of service since May 20...it is June 8 today!!!!! Property manager NEVER answers the phone nor calls back. There is never anyone at the front office either. I've been there at different days and times and never once seen a person there in over a month!!!! They are quick to take your money but they cannot get an elevator fixed for the life of them. I've left them many messages and called the customer service line and no one cares to address the issue. Avoid this place at all cost. Hopefully my review does not get removed. This place is not maintained the elevators are out of order. Mind you this business is a storage place who has several floors of storage. So when you go store or retrieve your items you are not ALLOWED to use the elevator because the staff says it’s broken for week. There’s no air conditioning and mold on the vents.
