Jen at Public Storage in Miramar 39th street and -48 Avenue is awesome. The facility is very clean and she is always helpful
Great customer service
Elevators are down very often. One day (Feb 12) both elevator where broken and the from desk attendant was very helpless, instead of making easier the situation leaving open the spare door made people wait to give acces to go up throught the emergency stairs. Also the price suddenly rose about 50% with no advise after the 6th month. All together make me move to another place more affordable

Even though the elevators were down and I couldn’t move anything and It was my first time at this location, Jen made it a great experience to let me know what to do and who to call ! Thanks again Jen for making it a better experience for me
