Good luck ever speaking to an actual human there, since no matter the time, there is NEVER anyone at the front desk, nor does the property manager answer your calls or even calls you back. Their elevators have been "broken" for 7 days now and they can't even get someone to fix it. So if you have a 2nd or 3rd floor unit, good luck! A+service. Continues to be well run, organized, clean and tidy. Last few years has been a big step up. This place is expensive as all storage is but is convenient and safe - but the staff is the key in this biz - Jen is always on site. Trying to work with corporate on rent but want to be a customer for years to come.
