Would love to say this place has been a lot better with all the remodeling going on Maria has made the transition a whole lot better and easier she has been there to answer all our questions big thank you to Maria for all her hard work
Bait and switch. They give you a rate then 2 months later increase by 20, 30, 40%. They are banking on you not wanting to move all your stuff back out and keep paying.
The price is very good and the location of the storage is in a safe and nice neighborhood. I would have loved an elevator, but that is what attributes to the discounted price. Other than that, everything else is great. Additionally, the Public Storage app is terrific. Having the ability to press a button on the app to open the outer gate is so convenient!
Customer Service of Hasu!!! One thing I like about this Public Storage is the Customer Service. Yes, some public storage here and there has it ups and down as perceived from one renter to another and of how their experiences are. But one thing that I enjoy is Hasu's attentiveness!! He is awesome, always smiling and always upbeat when he see you to greet you to make you feel welcome!!! I have been a long time renter but service is always appreciated when it come from Great employees!!! Thank you Hasu!!!
