I’m not sure this review below by Ms. Morales is real. The words don’t match the 3 stars. This is a 5 Star Service operation! Segab and Carlton are top shelf operators. They do an outstanding job of taking care of us here. I’m not sure we would have stayed this long if it wasn’t for them! If you want to be treated like you’re one in a million and not one of millions when you’re trusting people with your possessions, this is the team you want.

This is a fantastic place because of the two guys here. Tsegab and Carleton make it worth the bureaucracy of this gigantic company. They’re professional and courteous with an attention to customer service that I previously thought had disappeared. At the same time, they are funny and recognize this process of putting things in storage is stressful and do everything they can to make it as easy as possible. Come for the rates. Stay for the service.

I stopped at the storage office on East Diamond Avenue and had the most wonderful customer experience. Mr. Carlston is a wonderful asset to your company. He patiently helped me with all my needs. It was a very pleasant experience.
