Well first of all, being inside the facility after 9pm doesn’t mean you can still access the interior of the climate control building, so that is a flat out lie. I was told that after 9pm I could get out but not back in. I was IN the climate controlled building and the elevator closed. Entered my code and “Access Denied. Please call site manager for help.” No phone number, and the intercom does nothing. Second, the phone number on my card goes nowhere; just a lousy vm. Robin that works there was/is amazing and awesome. THANK YOU ROBIN for your help and understanding.The prices was great we got the $1 for 1st month move deal. We only needed it for 1 month. Thank you and I will return one day if I need storage again

I had a storage unit here for 2 months. The staff was nice and pricing was decent, but when I removed my furniture one of my pieces was visibly soaked with cat urine. I advised the woman who was closing up for the night and her response was “we don’t have cats”. I hadn’t entered my unit in 2 months and all the furniture was clean and dry prior to that. The ceiling fencing isn’t completely secured which would very well allow cats in to my individual unit. No knowing how they’re getting in in to the building though. Had to thr... read more
