Well, our unit, along with 8 others was broken into on a Monday/Tuesday. Management didn't call to notify us until FRIDAY. Somehow, despite 3 surveillance cameras, a barbed wire fence, ON SITE MANAGEMENT, and 2 security codes, 9 units were broken into and robbed. I'm paying you for what exactly? And the insurance you're *required* to pay for.... unless you have receipts for your stolen belongings, you may as well not even bother.

Rats is right! This place is so infested. I have damaged property and they claim they aren't liable because of the insurance they force you to pay for. They say NOTHING about rodent infestation in their insurance information, I was led to believe it was for humidity or theft. DO NOT use this company or facility, they handle business poorly and make you feel as though it is not their problem. For those of us who did get infested, use the insurance, at least those people seem nice and helpful! UGH!!!
