Worst storage company that exists, if you want your possessions protected. The tenant of the unit behind mine, knocked a section of the wall separating our two units. Crushed a section of the wall causing it to collapse into my unit and destroy family heirloom antiques. I had purchased the highest limit P.S. insurance policy they sold. My husband and I are long time customer's of Public Storage. We've been storing at Public Storage for almost a decade. We recently moved our belongings to a new storage facility in North Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and this time our experience there was not the same experience we've had in the past.
