Recently My Mother passed away expectantly.. She had a storage bin at this location. We( the family) followed all the legal procedures.. including taking them the death cert. . We contacted them on April 19 and made them aware of the situation and we received the death cert approx. one week later.. They did not contact us until May 6 and told us that we had to have it out on the same day. They stated that their " Legal Dept " had to ok it. Very poor customer service.
