Great experience here. I spoke with Ian, despite there being a Kiosk. He answered all my questions, wqlked me through my space, and helped me purchase what I needed. He was a huge help. I dont trust a Kiosk, so I was glad when he showed up. Great service!
Ian was amazing and very helpful! I would recommend this location for all your storage needs. He is the on site property manager and he has always been very helpful and always checks on me to make sure I don’t need anything.
Ian got us all checked in and answered all our questions super timely and even asked follow-up after, greatly appreciated the wonderful service. Super cool guy super friendly made the process a breeze!
Super simple reservation process. Showed up and used my app to open gate and access my unit. Feels safe and secure!
