I think it is just wrong if you clear out a unit before the middle of the month that you will not credit back the unused portion of the monthly fee. I asked the manager "even if you rent the unit back out?" Her answer was "Yes". I will never use this company again, they are constantly raising the rates, my monthly fee was raised to $84.00 a month for a 5X5, a total rip off. They used to have carts available to help move in and move out, they are now all under lock and key requiring you to go to the office, drop off your ID t... read more

Constantly raising the rates, they claim notifications are sent and every time rates are raised it's always an overhead cost how is it the customer's fault your Gates do not work properly? Or any other malfunction that goes on with your storage unit that should not be our problem to pay for if you can't bring your overhead costs down stop trying to build more facilities until you can manage the ones you have

$1 first month, $90 in late fees if you are late 37 days. – Public storage self storage in Olympia Washington advertises $1 pays your first month's rent, but they don't advertise the fact that if you are 6 days late on a payment, they charge you $20. A day after the month has passed, $50, and another on the 6th $20 before they could auction it off the next week an eager crowd.
