Nick at the 2324 Gary Lane in Geneva, IL location was super great in helping me to plan for my move financially and logistically. He answered all of my questions perfectly, was super knowledgeable and even offered up information that was really important that I didn't know I needed in helping me to plan everything! Thank you Nick! I cancelled my reservation at the other storage unit and am staying with Public Storage thanks to you! :)
We downsized from a large house with basement and garage to an apartment with no storage. We have used Public Storage to hold all our stuff until we could sort and discard. NICK and LILY have been outstanding in assisting us as we "downsized" from multiple units. I cannot say enough about helpful LILY and NICK have been!
Lily has always been so helping with our experience renting here. We’re glad to be moving into our home, thanks to her this process was easy. <3
I can’t disagree with the other reviews. The employees at this public storage are great. The facility however, not so much. The parking lot is always flooded in multiple areas, all the time. A significant quantity of water has entered my unit and saturated all my items that are in contact with the floor.
Please exercise extreme caution before proceeding with online room rentals and payments. The room is damp; if you wish to switch rooms, an additional fee will apply.
