easy access great experience
$89.00 goes to $197.00 they raise they rates after 6 weeks by 100% or more the ad and personnel neglect to tell you that upon rental total scam poor maintenance of the facility I have slipped and fell on ice in the lot and almost crashed my vehicle as the lot is not properly maintained very negligent

DANGEROUS and NEGLIGENT - ICE RINK MASQUERADING AS PUBLIC STORAGE! - Unresponsive Management! SHAME ON PUBLIC STORAGE! I am absolutely appalled by the dangerous conditions at the Gary Lane, Geneva IL location. We arrived on February 17th to unload one of our THREE storage units, only to be met with a sheet of ICE covering the ENTIRE facility.
