I have been there for 9 months and let me tell you that this is the best facility. They leave you alone and they keep it clean.Also the people I have met there have been very nice.Staff is always helpful but also very polite .I have had multiple storages but nothing compares to having a clean,safe guarded storage that you always feel comfortable going to .I give it a 10 out of 10.I never leave reviews but my experience has been very pleasant.Thank you
Scheduled a move out date, had nothing in the unit, continued being charged. Showed up to the office multiple times during business hours and the property manager had never been there. I have called the office multiple times and have never been able to get in contact with them. I’ve had multiple people tell me the property manager does this on purpose to make it harder to close your unit, meaning you pay more money to them. Truly despicable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE
For the fifth time now there have been dead rodents in my unit. Paying $187/month for mice to poop and live in my unit is diabolical. I feel like a sugar daddy for mice at this point. Y'all raised the monthly price $52(after 3 months) for better property upkeep and whatever other copy/paste reason but the rodents are still there. beware when I got my storage the first day the plastic ceiling was opened I told them to fix it they said they would I went back the ceiling was completely torn apart by rats it was rat poop all over my storage and my things it smelled like rat urine all over my things please do not go there it is horrible you see rat traps everywhere I had to pay someone to come and move my things out of that storage unit into another store unit I had rat poop everywhere in that unit and I will be assessing my things and I will be taking fu... read more
