I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent a unit. I visited several days in a row, but the office was closed each time. I also called multiple times and received no answer. When the manager finally returned my call, I asked about the office hours and the difficulty reaching someone. Came to this location after getting the wrong units from other places, Freddie assisted me and was spot on for what I needed! Great guy and a great group of people to work with! Moving from Tennessee this was a lifesaver! Thank you guys for all the assistance you provided!

Carlos was helpful in showing me the space and explaining to me the rental process and was very professional. Even though there was no promotion the way he helped me out was great. I recomend him and this place to everyone

If you want to rent an indoor unit that is constantly kept at a higher temperature than the contract claims, and completely lacks customer service, then this is the place for you. Staff is hardly ever in the office, when you call the phone number they do not pick up, nor return your call.
