We went to rent a storage unit and had an excellent experience with Jahaira. She explained everything clearly and even gave us a tour of the facility. Outstanding service, 5 stars! Set my checkout day on 2/28 and was still charged on 3/1 by automatic payment. When I went in to try to get my money back for a month I paid for and wasn't using and am still not using Mid-March I wasn't helped whatsoever with a refund. If you schedule a move out date, do it in person. Do not trust this location to honor it or reimburse payment.
The gentleman Bailey made the process so easy . Awesome neighborhood and highly recommend
Bailey, the property manager, was very helpful and knowledgable. He is super nice and I look forward to renting from him!
