Robin saved me!!..I've had nothing but problems in the last 2 storage places I've been to. My stuff has been ruined cuz of water damage, etc... Robin assured me that it would be a good experience and it has been, my things are safe and secure and they even remind me when my payment is due..Love Robin and Public Starage!!!
I rent a small 5x5 indoor unit. Not climate controlled or any other perks. I have been there for almost a year and a half. In that time, I have seen my rates increase a total of 32% (2 rate increases total). What do I get for my expense? The pin pad is inconveniently located so I have to exit my vehicle when I enter AND exit. Want to go in the winter? Good luck. You better bring your own shovel. And not a regular snow shovel. RecommendedRobin was nice, helpful and offered us water in this heat. She was personable. I’ve been using Public Storage for at least a year. No problems with my automatic payment plan.
Robin was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of my needs. I received Great customer service. The property itself is very clean. I feel very secure leaving my property at this location. I would definitely recommend for your storage needs.
DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible. Ripped us off for one month of storage, charged our card early for the following month even though our first month wasn’t up yet, told us if we had our stuff out by the weekend they’d refund our money. So my husband went on his lunch break to get everything, only to find an additional lock on our unit that we couldn’t get into. The managers sign said she would be back at 115 and she did not return until 145.
One star 🌟 . I received a email with a nice increase in less then 6m of renting and now the weather has turned making it difficult to move my things to another storage unit facility....
Pleasently surprised with the service and accommodations made during my times of trouble and when I was in need of a storage unit they were there to truly help in all aspects... Sarah was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable in the storage unit world. I will be comimg back when in need and will recommend to all friend and family!!!
Raised my rent with no notification that I rec'd. I have moved, but mail is,forwarded. Called to discuss and was hung up on twice by Brittany. Asked for the managers name and availability, she hung up then too. I had water in my unit. Reported it but never got a call back. They say their hours are 9-6 bit there is never anyone in the office and when they are the computer are down half the time anyways. Will get my stuff out this month and will gladly share my bad experience publicly. Terrible. Go elsewhere
Great service, friendly people! The one manager drove two hours to come in so I could sign my lease!
