I was helped over the phone by someone named Patrice and they were wonderful. Very quick and very efficient. I am so, so thankful.
Look elsewhere. Read the recent one star reviews for this facility. One of their buildings has had the elevator out of service for at least a year now. I spoke with the GM/district manager months ago who assured me it would be fixed. Welp- one year later, after dismissing all of the customer's concerns, nothing has been done. Embarrassing notes have been taped to this elevator reminding customers of their inadequate maintenance every time we visit the unit. During this time-frame, my rent was raised from ~70 to ~$160.
