Sibbie was phenomenal. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of all Public Storages policies and procedures. Sibbie was friendly and understanding of my situation. I will definitely recommend Public Storage to my family, friend’s, neighbors and colleagues! Sibbie is an angel! I saw Sibbie at the grocery store when my truck needed a jumpstart! Sibbie came to me and asked if I need help, I said I sure do! Thank you Sibbie for your assistance!
Extremely disappointed with the Mauldin Sc locations. You can NOT get ahold of anyone. I finally got the unit that was being rented by a family friend transferred into my name. I was told that they, would have the lock cut off, since the key was lost by family friend. I went today to get some of the items, and nope lock not cut. I called and left a message and NO response. Once I have all.the items out, I will cancel and move to another storage place.
