La’Dajah was a great help and provided all the info i needed! :)
Ms. La'Dajah was very patient and helpful. My mom and I were trying to make a payment for our storage unit. We couldn't look up our account but she did what she could to look up our account. She was able to look up our account through our account number , but a balance showed $0.00 or $130.00 balance. She was understanding and gave us the customer service number to call. Shout out to her!
