Terrible experience this time...I wanted to put a unit on hold like I have 2X prior, however, I was not able to login to my PS account so I called customer service. The 1st representative proceeded to request all the same info that was available in my new reservation. I gave her the #. When I asked about putting my reservation on hold or when the payment will occur the phone mysteriously dropped . I called customer service again and the 2nd representative was able to assist but they didn't place the reservation on HOLD. Toda... read more
