Although I got a good price for renting earlier than needed, the cons are many (especially since I was planning to get the advertised size). Now I think I will most likely need to find another or extra place outside that location. Con 1: got smaller than advertised. Rented a 5x10 ft and got 4.83 x 8.66 ft unit. Con 2: No onsite manager to list alternatives unit numbers so you can at least measure them from the outside. The closest manager is in far location and doesnt answer the phone and called me once before I sign the con... read more

Recently moved & had way more things than I thought! Had to get a last minute storage unit and Tionna was very helpful. She was very direct and polite with guiding me to find the right unit!
Dry helpful setting up storage on short notice. Great staff.
