El personal, Frances, es muy amable y estaba dispuesta a ayudar a traducir las instrucciones que estaban en inglés al español. I completed a chang in storage units on Monday, 10 Feb 25 from a 10x7 to a 5x10. Frances was a great help in processing this change and therefore deserves and receives a 5 star review from me. She completed the transfer and advised me to move out of my storage unit before 9pm that evening, more so before the next employee came in the next day and close out my 10x7 unit.
