This has been a nightmare from the start. No one answers phone during weekday business hours. No one is in the front office during office hours. I went there 7/6/25 & 7/7/25 and no one was on property both times nor answered the property managers line which is option #4 on the call line. I was not able to gain entry to my unit due to not knowing what lock/tie/zip tie to cut. I am not in the habit of breaking into spaces I do not control. Smooth move in thanks to help from a maintenance employee (Mayo) that stopped what he was working on to answer all my questions and make sure we found the right unit. Great location!
This location has poor management and horrible customer service. I’ve had a unit for over 3 months now and they believe I’m robbing customers for $25 late fees. My unit was due today and I got a call from melody who was rude and unprofessional, I asked that she please waive this late fee as I was only due today and I’ve paid the bill and was still charged a late fee. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to rent a unit at this location,
