John was a great help to my Mom and I with our unit. Very accommodating, patient and friendly!!
Elevator has been broken for 2+ months and they still have the audacity to email me that my rate is increasing in the next bill. The staircase is NOT labeled so I had to walk around like an idiot with my things trying to find it and trying every door until I found the stairs . My unit is on the 3rd floor on the opposite side of the building to the stairs so carrying all my things is extremely inconvenient. Screw this place.
