Property management is non-existent. If there's any type of issue, you're pretty much out of luck unless there just happens to be someone there cleaning the property. I've called dozens of times, left voicemails and no answer.
Rat infested. After paying 161/ month for a year I had to trash everything.
They made it soo easy. Answered the phone, walked me through everything. Code worked, storage unit was clean. Feels safe. Great to see teammembers too while I was offloading. Great service!!
Can never get ahold of anyone and I still have yet to this day not received my refund.
Shannon was really helpful with what we needed and took care of us with good service
