My move was flawless and painless because of Self Storage in their amazing process. Everything was transparent and out front and I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. No surprises.
Items were likely stolen from the unit. Their camera near the unit was not working. All they said was "Sorry, not our fault."
