Stephanie was so much help this morning with my rental.
Raised rent by 49% after six months (91 to 136) Also, I didn't put my stuff into storage with rodent feces on it, and now I need to sanitize everything. I would have given this feedback privately if there was a way to contact the property other than by phone during business hours, but there isn't a way to send them an image, so here it is: This bin was on top of a stack at least 6' tall. No food anywhere in my unit.
