Just had to use public storage for the past 6 months. Not a bad place. Did the job.

We were very unhappy with the customer service. It's very difficult to reach anyone by phone or in person. Pricing is misleading. Only one person we dealt with was friendly. Shop around. They aren't the only game in town.
Very rude male staff and district manager! Don't believe what is said, they are CRPOKS and fee you to death! Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy!!!!
Everyone says you suck and from all the bad reviews I'd say you do ...
This place will rip you off. I was told it would be $20 to move in, the day I get there it was $48 I never touched the unit and they say now after I was told id get a refund on it all and now I am told I only get refunded for the lock. That is a terrible way to do business!!!!!
