NEVER NEVER rent from this company they are a complete Scam after 2 months of my storage they raised the rent by 30 dollars with no warning They will charge you for weeks that you never used, they tack on hundreds of dollars of late fees. It was absolutely an awful experience! My belongs were moved around multiple times without my consent! When trying to get to the bottom of it all they do is send you on the run around! The managers at the site location of Britain road in Akron act as if they have no clue as to what is going on! Then when I finally get the number to the district manager Michael whom I've called numerous of times and left numerous amounts of voicemails! Their location in Akron, Ohio on Brittain Rd. is terrible. I discovered that my unit was getting rained on from the floor above. Manager Vanessa couldn't care less. Her only responses to the situation were , "Well, you have insurance, don't you?" and "Just pour the water off". Even better was her attempt to reassure me that she has never had a water problem there before. worst experience of my life!! i will never go there again an animal detroyed my stuff and they didnt want to do anything about it. A raccoon at that how does a raccoon get into a storage that was locked up for one year. they tried to pay me $150 saying the insurance didnt cover animals. The raccoon detroyed everything me and my son had
