Helping a friend move stuff into storage for first time here, and Ervin was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my friend was handled and came to check that she could get into unit and followed up with her before we left. Great customer service!!
Dementria was amazing! She stayed after closing just so I could come in to pay for my storage. Very kind and friendly service I would give her 10 stars if I could.
