I have dealt with Roz since I began renting in Oct 2024. She is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is always on point. She’s professional, courteous and understanding. She’s takes the time to explain processes. I am always grateful for her call. Please keep her because customer service has died in so many places and people but not with her. Roz is best at what she does for Public Storage.
