Trish was incredibly helpful! She didn't push me to get anything I didn't need, and when I did need something, was more than happy to help! The unit was easy to get to, clean, etc. If I needed a storage unit again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
I phoned their customer service department today. they were Rude and Unhelpful !
