Great facility! I walked in not really knowing what size storage unit we needed, we recently moved to Petaluma and had everything in a big U-Haul, frustrated because the house we were moving to was not ready to be moved in to. The manager on duty, Gio, was very understanding of our situation and she took the time to show us different size units and helped us select a unit that was exactly what we needed! I think this is a good place with fair prices for sure. Moving to this area i thought it would be more expensive then where i stored my things in Placerville CA. Ido pay about the same for the same amount of square feet but that is including the ensurence as well as the extra amount for 24 hr access! And the office lady Cindy she's a delight and there is no misunderstandings with her she gives you the facts straight and is easy to understand when talking on the phone and in person. The front desk attendant was so helpful and patient while my group when we came by to complete our registration. She gave us a tour of a few units and helped us pick what was best for our situation. Great customer service!
