We have been a customer for over 4 years of this location. We recently had some of our stuff stolen from this Wooddale Dr, Woodbury, MN location. It was obvious the entry was not through the lock, but by removing the hex bolts from the metal walls above the door. There are markings in the metal consistent with this entry and a makeshift ladder was built inside our unit, from our belongings, to help accomplish the theft. Worst customer service. When you say you are open at 9:30am and 10:30am comes around and no one is there still. Are you kidding me. This is ridiculous. Not to mention you cannot reach anyone that knows anything because they are in some cubicle thousands of miles away. Get your act together people.
