They do not stand behind their customers. My daughters leather couch and tv were destroyed because of a malfunction in their temperature humidity controlled system that she paid extra for. She had the maximum insurance and they told her it was not water damaged. Mold does not come from dry air. The insurance offered her $250.00 minus $100.00 deductible.
