Public Storage in Miller Place is a RIP OFF!!!! The manager Nick tells me to buy boxes for moving by the pack. He says, "You will save money and you can return them". I go to return the boxes, Nick tells me he can't take them without the receipt. I go back with the receipt. Nick still won't take them back because the fine print at the bottom of the receipt says,"within 30 days". Doesn't matter if you are renting a unit and are a customer.
