I'm reviewing for my elderly parents. They have 3 storage units which were broken into on New Years Eve. My dad had received a call a month before that the units had been broken into but when my dad returned the call Public storage told him it was a mistake and that should receive a similar call to ignore it which he did. I was not happy about the hidden fees. I was told $20.00 to move in, and then when I went to the storage unit I was told I had to buy your insurance and locks and it was going to cost more money to move in than I was told. This is not good business.
