I was lied to about getting a prorated refund just to be swindled out of my money. I will never rent from public storage again. Lousy customer service period!

WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH! Property manager is very sweet but has no authority to right any wrongs. Our property has been stolen numerous times. Nothing is ever done to take care of it. Then, when you call corporate, they won't speak to you without getting the last 4 numbers of your driver's license and the property has the wrong numbers. NO HELP, whatsoever! We pay $171/month for this and we are an all-volunteer, not for profit organization. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
My unit has been robbed twice in 7 months, they do nothing to prevent theft. When I told them I wanted to move to a different unit that wasn't open to other units they tried to charge me extra. The thieves cut open the walls in my unit to other units, never been repaired. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR THINGS!!!! #publicstorage sucks!
They do not ever help or assist customers. They do not care about you or your stuff. Do not use this company.
