Renting a unit was fast and simple and I did it all online. Conveniently located and very clean units. They are not a 24hr access storage facility as I found out after I got locked in one evening. However, you can purchase 24hr access. The worst thing about the facility is the tracks they have on their concrete. I told the manager this the other day and he admitted they needed to get someone out there to fix it. My daughter’s storage unit was broken into between a two month period.. They stole 2 flat screen TVs, some clothes, shoes and 3 wedding presents. Took multiple calls to get a real person on the phone. Then they said they reviewed tapes but didn’t see anything but did not give access to tapes or offer assistance in anyway. Basically said too bad. No one ever in the office.
