It’s literally my move in date the gate app isn’t working &&& they have a real lock on the storage until they said was mine . AND THEN NOBODY IS EVER IN THE OFFICE !
They cut off all access even when you are still on the inside of your storage which I think is very dangerous especially if you’re you have any type of medical condition I think the access should only be cut off for entry because they have two gates one for entrance and the other for exit only Think twice before renting from this one And they after hour gate access doesn’t work either 😤😡🙁🙁
Public Storage in Louisville is the best!!! The manager team of Dee, Jamika and Tiffany are the best in the business!
This place, imo, deserves zero stars. I would love to give it a better rating, but it does not deserve it. I have never had such poor service in the entirety of my life. You can never get ahold of anyone. Not on the phone, internet chat, CSR #, through the app. When I finally get a call back, I get an excuse saying we are understaffed. He is interviewing. The person is off today. Not my concern! When I need assistance, I expect to get it especially since your hours are supposed to be 10-6 or on the weekends until 5. I don't ... read more
Candace & Heather make me forget why I even had to get a storage! I meant to do this review about Prime Storage on Jefferson Blvd so Im not sure why it's under public storage so I apologise!
