Absolutely do not use this storage facility! I have been renting with them for over 2 years and every 3-4 months they raise the rent, to where now my rent is double what it was 2 years ago. On top of this, I have gotten locked in the facility on multiple occasions when the facility wasn't even closed yet and I had to call the fire department to let me out. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE KO STORAGE (LOUISVILLE CRUMS LANE) – DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. My warning specifically applies to the **KO Storage location on Crums Lane in Louisville.** You cannot get ahold of anyone local to let you in to get your belongings. I owe them NOTHING but have been trying desperately to reach a human who can actually meet me or help me get access. I have expensive appliances in my unit, and I am extremely afraid that their continued refusal to assist is a tactic to force me into another month of rent for J... read more
