Rented a unit July 8, when my wife got there she found the entry gate wide open, she entered the unit and it was not what we expected. Insulation hanging from the roof and the app didn't worked to access the building. Today July 9 2026 she went to start moving things there and the gate was half open, she couldn't get inside. There's no manager or person she could talk or ask for help, she called and was told someone will be there to repair the gate. I just rented a unit yesterday, and honestly, this place isn't in great condition. Since I came yesterday the main gate was open, and today, when I tried to move my things in, guess what? The gate was only half open, and my SUV wouldn't fit. I called customer service, and the lady said she'd send someone, but in the meantime, I'm just wasting my time. Inside is not ok, roof insulation is falling everywhere, opening the gate or the glass door with the app doesn't work either
We are located at the public storage on Stella Ave on Brentwood stair our unit is on the 2nd floor we can't even access the elevator to take our furniture upstairs and there is no property manger at this location available to help in this situation. This should be looked into someone being in the office . So disappointed?!!!!!!!!!
