Tessa was the most helpful person that I encountered with Public Storage! She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and went over and beyond to help me! Tessa’s focus on the customers need is top tier, she fixed an appointment issue that was caused by customer service within a few minutes. Jenn @ the Poole Rd. location also was great!!!
Absolutely an amazing place for your storage needs. They even provide you with your own and at the end. You can keep it. My interaction with Tessa was very Professional and Accurate she goes above and beyond for you as well. No bad blood here I would rent there again if needed. Thanks for everything
