Confirmed we would have access to unit through end of month as we were clearing out 1st load & bringing a 2nd in a few days. Staff says this is fine. We came with 2nd load & staff tells us since the unit was empty it was "auto-vacated" overnight & they had rented our unit to someone new. Staff very rude.
