I reserved a parking space for my rv online and went into the office to sign paperwork and check out the space. Ebony helped me when I got there and she was so polite and helpful. She showed me how to open the gate and walked with me to the parking space. Ebony was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Thank you!
Really had a wonderful experience at the Maitland Dr Public Storage today. I was having a payment issue that I really felt was wrong and a mistake on the part of the company. So I stopped by in person to address the issue in person.
